What do I need to be a facilitator of a session?

This FAQ article outlines the requirements for facilitating sessions on Togetherly, including necessary devices, and supported web browsers.

To host a session in Togetherly, your facilitators will need the following:

  1. A laptop, computer, iPad, tablet, or mobile with internet connectivity.

  2. A microphone, this can be either the built-in microphone on the device or an external plug-in microphone.

  3. Speakers or a headset, this can be either the have built-in speakers on the device or an external headset.

  4. A camera. If the session involves video, facilitators will need a camera. This can be the built-in camera on their device or an external camera.

  5. A broadband internet connection is essential for joining calls online and with video.


Supported Internet Browsers

Togetherly supports various internet browsers, and we recommend using the latest versions for the best experience. Here are the supported browser versions:

  • Chrome: Version 77 or higher.

  • Safari: Version 13 or higher.

  • Firefox: Version 74 or higher.

  • Edge (Chromium): Version 80 or higher.

  • Internet Explorer: Not supported.
