Only team members with the Account Administrator role can access billing information.
To access your invoices in Togetherly, please follow these steps:
In the top left-hand corner of your Togetherly account, you will see a settings cog. Click on this cog to open a dropdown menu.
Select Billing from the dropdown. This will open your billing portal.
Once you are in the billing portal, you will find a list of all your past invoices. To access more detailed information or perform actions such as making a payment or downloading a PDF, click on the date of the invoice you wish to view.
5. From the invoice detail page, you can perform various tasks, including:
View Invoice and payment details
Download the Invoice
Download a Receipt
