Where can I find my invoices?

View, download and pay invoices in your billing portal.

Only team members with the Account Administrator role can access billing information.

To access your invoices in Togetherly, please follow these steps:

  1. In the top left-hand corner of your Togetherly account, you will see a settings cog. Click on this cog to open a dropdown menu.

  2. Select Billing from the dropdown. This will open your billing portal.

  3. Once you are in the billing portal, you will find a list of all your past invoices. To access more detailed information or perform actions such as making a payment or downloading a PDF, click on the date of the invoice you wish to view.


5. From the invoice detail page, you can perform various tasks, including:

  • View Invoice and payment details

  • Download the Invoice

  • Download a Receipt
