Set up card payments

How to add a credit or debit card to your account.

Please note: Once you set up credit card payments we will automatically bill the card for any outstanding balance and for future invoices.

Credit or debit card payments are available for all customers, we accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.


Payment is automatically debited from your specified card immediately after an invoice is issued. Any declined payments will be automatically retried at day 3, day 5 and then day 7.


Setting up card payments

You can set up card payments from your billing portal, this is accessible to Account Administrators by following the below steps:

  1. Log in to your Togetherly account.

  2. Click on the settings menu, which is represented by the cog icon in the top right hand corner of the platform. From the dropdown, select "Billing."

  3. In the billing portal, locate the "Payment Method" section.

  4. Choose to add a new payment method by clicking on "Add payment method."

  5. Select "Card" as the payment method type.

  6. Enter your card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Don't forget to provide the postal code associated with the card.

  7. After entering all the required information, click the "Add" button to save your card as a payment method. Invoices will automatically be charged to this card.
