Set up card payments

How to add a credit or debit card to your account.

Please note: Once you set up credit card payments we will automatically bill the card for any outstanding balance and for future invoices.

Credit or debit card payments are available for all customers, we accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.


Payment is automatically debited from your specified card immediately after an invoice is issued. Any declined payments will be automatically retried at day 3, day 5 and then day 7.


Setting up card payments

You can set up card payments from your billing portal, this is accessible to Account Administrators by clicking 'Billing' the settings menu.

From the billing portal, under Payment Method, you need to select 'Add payment method'.

Then select 'Card'.

Enter your card details, as well as the post code associated with the card.

Click 'Add' to save, and your next invoices will be automatically charged to this card.
