Please note that the ability to change billing information is restricted to team members with account administrator access in Togetherly.
To update your billing information for your Togetherly account, please follow the below steps:
Log into your Togetherly account.
In the top left-hand corner of your Togetherly account, you will see a settings cog. Click on this cog to open a dropdown menu.
Select "Billing" from the dropdown. This will open your billing portal.
Once you are in the billing portal, you will find details of your Togetherly plan, payment method and a list of all your past invoices and the status of them. To update your billing details go to the section titled "billing information".
After reviewing the existing information, click on "Update Information" to make changes.
You will be directed to a new page displaying your current billing information. You can edit the necessary fields by clicking into them.
Once you have made all the required changes, click "Save." You'll then be returned to your billing home page. The updated billing information will show on the next generated invoice.
