Facilitators can join and facilitate group sessions online, using a mobile phone. The live call dashboard will have a slightly different layout compared to joining using a laptop/tablet device due to the screen dimensions. Here's how to join a call online, using your mobile phone:
Ensure you are connected to the internet or using mobile data on your mobile phone.
Check your email app, on your mobile device for the email invitation from Togetherly, for the scheduled call.
Open the email and click on Join this session now.
Your mobile device may prompt you to select a preferred browser, choose your preferred browser.
If this is your first time joining a video group call, click the Request access button to grant Togetherly permission to access your microphone.
Your mobile browser will display a pop-up requesting microphone access. Click Allow.
Click join online from the browser page.
You will then be entered into the call, with access to the live call dashboard.
