How can I reconnect a disconnected guest?

Learn how to reconnect a disconnected guest in Togetherly, whether they are joining via phone or online.

If joining via phone

  1. Dial out to the guest using the live call dashboard. Click the telephone icon on their contact card to initiate dial out.

  2. Guests can re-join by dialling the session's phone number. For private groups, it's always 0300 373 0965. Public groups have unique telephone numbers assigned to each customer account.


Facilitators / Guests joining online

  1. Click the Join this session link in your email invitation to re-join the session online.
