Call recording retention settings allow you to determine how long Togetherly keeps your call recordings before permanent deletion. This feature ensures your organisation complies with data protection laws and policies by retaining recorded data only as necessary.
To access your call recording retention settings
Click the settings cog in the top left corner of your account.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click Settings in the side menu.
Under account settings, locate Audio Recording Retention. Adjust the number of days in using the arrows or manual input.
After making the changes, scroll down and click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
