Yes, the hands up feature is designed to allow guests to notify the facilitator that they'd like to speak.




How to use the hands up feature

  1. Guests can press 5 on their telephone to raise their hand. This signals to the facilitator that they want to speak.
    ​

  2. The facilitator is alerted with a hand icon on the contact's card, and the user's contact card is moved to the top of the list.
    ​

  3. The facilitator can then unmute the guest to allow them to speak.
    ​

  4. After the guest has spoken, the facilitator can lower their hand by clicking the hand icon on their contact card and mute them again if necessary.
    ​

  5. Guests can also lower their hand by pressing 6 on their phone.
