How to use the hands up feature

Guests can press 5 on their telephone to raise their hand. This signals to the facilitator that they want to speak.

The facilitator is alerted with a hand icon on the contact's card, and the user's contact card is moved to the top of the list.

The facilitator can then unmute the guest to allow them to speak.

After the guest has spoken, the facilitator can lower their hand by clicking the hand icon on their contact card and mute them again if necessary.

Guests can also lower their hand by pressing 6 on their phone.
