Click on this field to open the date selector. Choose your desired start and end dates to filter the report data. The report will automatically refresh to show activity within your selected timeframe. ### Step 4: Filter by activity type (optional) Click the Filter dropdown button in the top toolbar to choose which types of activities to include. You can select Groups (group video sessions), Befriending (1-on-1 calls), or both. Check or uncheck the boxes for each activity type, then click Apply to update the report. ### Step 5: Review the summary metrics The colored metrics card at the top displays four key figures: Sessions hosted (total number of activities), Guest attendances (sum of all individual participations), People reached (unique participants), and Minutes delivered (total duration across all activities). These numbers reflect your selected date range and filters. ### Step 6: Explore the detailed data table Below the summary metrics, you'll find a sortable table listing each participant. For every person, you can see their name, number of sessions attended, total minutes of participation, and your organization's reference code. Click on any column header to sort the table by that field. Use the search bar to quickly find specific participants. Click Details for any person to view their complete activity history. ### Step 7: Download the report To export the data for use in external reports or presentations, click the Download CSV button in the top-right corner of the page. This will download a spreadsheet file containing all call details including date/time, participant names, activity types, durations, and contact roles. The filename will include your organization name and the selected date range. ## Tips - The report defaults to the current month, but you can select any date range to analyze historical data or specific time periods - Use the search bar to quickly locate specific participants when working with long lists - Export the CSV file regularly to maintain historical records for funding applications and annual reports ## Summary You now know how to generate impact reports showing your service's reach and engagement. These reports provide essential data for demonstrating outcomes to funders, trustees, and other stakeholders.
