The no-contact report helps you identify service users who haven't had recent contact, whether due to missed calls or unanswered attempts. This guide shows you how to access and use the report to follow up with participants who may need additional support. ## Prerequisites - You must have access to the Reports section in your account - Your account must have the no-contact report feature enabled ## Steps ### Step 1: Navigate to the Reports page From your dashboard, click on Reports in the main navigation. You'll see a summary of your activity metrics for the current month at the top of the page. The no-contact report card is displayed among the available reports with an orange header and description explaining it helps identify service users without contact. ![Navigate to the Reports page](https://help.together.ly/rails/active_storage/blobs/proxy/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MTE5LCJwdXIiOiJibG9iX2lkIn19--9ad676c70f4117b019ac934217bc6b7bf42fb6e5/step_0.png) ### Step 2: Open the no-contact report Click the View button on the No-contact Report card. This will take you to the detailed report page showing all befriending matches that meet the current filter criteria. By default, the report shows matches without contact in the last 14 days. ![Open the no-contact report](https://help.together.ly/rails/active_storage/blobs/proxy/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MTIwLCJwdXIiOiJibG9iX2lkIn19--a379d2837f5e7a168e38beb3c29385916b4cc3af/step_1.png) ### Step 3: Apply filters to refine your results Use the three filter buttons at the top of the report to narrow down your results. The contact status filter (default: 'without contact') lets you choose between showing all uncontacted matches, only those with attempted contact (calls made but not answered), or only those without attempted contact (no calls made). The time period filter (default: 14 days) lets you select 7, 14, 21, 30, or 90 days to define how far back to look for the last contact. You can also use the search bar to find specific participants by name or reference. ![Apply filters to refine your results](https://help.together.ly/rails/active_storage/blobs/proxy/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MTIxLCJwdXIiOiJibG9iX2lkIn19--3631a0e978ed0201904b910fbe5ab6f33681427d/step_2.png) ### Step 4: Review the report data The report displays a table showing each uncontacted befriending match. Columns include the befriender name, service user name, reference number, when the match was created, when the last call attempt was made, and when the last successful contact occurred. Matches that have never been contacted will show 'never' in the Last Contact column. Use the column headers with sort icons to reorder the data by any field. ### Step 5: Take action on matches needing attention Click the View match button in the rightmost column of any row to open that befriending match in a new tab. From the match page, you can see full details about the relationship, view call history, and take action such as sending reminders to the befriender or reaching out to the service user directly. This helps you follow up with participants who may need additional support or re-engagement. ### Step 6: Download the report for external use If you need to share the data or analyze it in a spreadsheet, click the Download CSV button in the top right corner of the page. This exports the current filtered view of the report as a CSV file that you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or other applications. The download includes all visible columns from the table. ## Tips - Check the no-contact report weekly to catch any participants who may be falling through the cracks before too much time passes - Use the 'with attempted contact' filter to identify service users who may not be answering calls and might need alternative contact methods - The 'without attempted contact' filter helps you identify befrienders who may need reminders or additional support to maintain regular contact schedules ## Summary The no-contact report is a powerful tool for maintaining consistent engagement with your service users. By regularly reviewing and acting on this report, you can ensure no participant goes without contact for extended periods and provide timely support where needed.
