User activity reports provide a detailed view of all sessions and interactions for a specific service user. This guide shows you how to access and review individual call history, attendance records, and duration data for any contact in your organization. ## Prerequisites - You must be logged into your Togetherly account - You must have permission to view reports for your organization ## Steps ### Step 1: Navigate to the Contact List From your Togetherly dashboard, go to the Contact List page. You'll see a table displaying all active contacts in your organization, including their names, roles, and reference numbers. Each contact's name appears as a clickable link. ![Navigate to the Contact List](https://help.together.ly/rails/active_storage/blobs/proxy/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MTIyLCJwdXIiOiJibG9iX2lkIn19--1ee481188c1b44ad4e3ccffd54542bee5ebf5f07/step_0.png) ### Step 2: Click on the service user's name Find the service user whose activity you want to review and click on their name in the table. This will take you directly to their individual user activity report page. ### Step 3: Review the activity summary At the top of the user report page, you'll see two key metrics displayed in colored cards: the total number of sessions the service user has attended, and the total minutes they've participated. These metrics update automatically based on the selected date range. ### Step 4: Examine the detailed activity table Below the summary metrics, you'll find a comprehensive table showing all sessions the service user has participated in. For each session, you can see the subject or match name, session type (video befriending, telephone befriending, or group), the date and time it occurred, and the duration in minutes. The session types are color-coded with badges for easy identification. ### Step 5: Filter by date range Use the date picker in the top right corner to select a custom date range for the report. Click on the date range field, select your start and end dates, and the report will automatically refresh to show only sessions that occurred within that period. ### Step 6: Search for specific sessions If you're looking for a particular session or match, use the search bar at the top of the page. Type in keywords related to the session subject, facilitator name, or session type, and the table will filter to show only matching results. ## Tips - Session types are color-coded: blue badges indicate video befriending calls, yellow badges show telephone befriending calls, and red badges represent group sessions - You can sort the activity table by clicking on any column header with a sort icon to organize data by subject, date, time, or duration - The '...' button in each row provides access to additional details about that specific session, including recordings and transcripts if available ## Summary User activity reports give you a complete overview of a service user's engagement with your organization. Use these reports to track participation patterns, monitor wellbeing through regular contact, and identify service users who may need additional support or outreach.
