This guide shows you how to access and review the complete call history for any befriending match, including call recordings, duration, attendance status, and optional AI analysis of mood and safeguarding concerns. ## Prerequisites - You must have an active befriending match set up - You need permission to view befriending matches in your organization ## Steps ### Step 1: Navigate to Befriending Matches From the main navigation menu, click on Befriending Matches. You'll see a table listing all current befriending matches in your organization, showing the caller and recipient names, whether they use video or telephone, recording status, and whether the match is active or inactive. ![Navigate to Befriending Matches](https://help.together.ly/rails/active_storage/blobs/proxy/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6NzMsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--f929165c26e4c7e0af20899f24c069960fa103ff/step_0.png) ### Step 2: Click View Calls for the Match Find the specific befriending match you want to review in the table. On the right side of each row, you'll see a 'View calls' button. Click this button to open the call history for that particular match. The button appears next to the edit icon for each match. ### Step 3: Review the Call History Table Once opened, you'll see a detailed table showing all past calls for this match, sorted by date with the most recent calls first. Each row displays: a phone or video icon indicating the call type, the date and time the call occurred, the call status (such as ANSWERED or NO ANSWER), the duration in minutes, and if your organization has AI analysis enabled, mood indicators and safeguarding flags. Each call shows up to 20 entries per page, and you can navigate between pages if there are more calls. ![Review the Call History Table](https://help.together.ly/rails/active_storage/blobs/proxy/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6NzQsInB1ciI6ImJsb2JfaWQifX0=--889ff8fd4015f0316e4d16446a78afd29ebc5e30/step_2.png) ### Step 4: Access Individual Call Details To see complete details about a specific call, click the 'Call detail' button on the right side of any call row. This opens a comprehensive view showing the recording with audio playback controls, AI-generated summaries if available, emotional analysis indicating the participant's mood during the call, and safeguarding analysis highlighting any concerns detected. You can also download the recording or view a full transcript if your organization has these features enabled. ## Tips - The Mood and Safeguarding columns only appear if your organization has conversational analysis features enabled - Calls marked as NO ANSWER or with 0 minutes duration indicate the recipient did not join the call - Use the date information to track attendance patterns and identify when participants may need additional support ## Summary By regularly reviewing befriending call history, you can monitor the health of matches, track participant engagement over time, and identify any safeguarding concerns that require follow-up action.
