Pay outstanding invoices

How to pay your outstanding invoices.

Updated this week

Togetherly offers multiple payment methods for settling invoices, ensuring convenience for its customers. Here's how you can pay your invoices:

Automated Payment Methods (Direct Debit or Credit Card)

If you have already set up automated payment methods such as direct debit or credit card, payments will be taken automatically on the due date. You don't need to take any additional action.

Payment options:

Payment via email invoice

If you receive an invoice via email, you can easily pay it by clicking the "Pay this invoice" button in the email. This action will allow you to view all payment options.

For your convenience, all invoices can be accessed and paid through your billing portal on Togetherly. Here's a guide on where to find your invoices

Payment via credit card

Togetherly accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for credit card payments. Simply enter your card details and click "pay." Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.

Note: Future invoice payments will automatically be charged to the card you use for this payment.

Payment via BACS bank transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer and have been approved to do so, you can find the payment details by clicking the "Bank transfer" button on the payment link.

Note: The sort code and Account Number shown on the payment details are unique to you and will remain the same for each invoice.

If bank transfer is not available to you, but you would like to use this payment method, please get in touch with your account manager or email billing@together.ly for further assistance.
