When facilitating a video group call through Togetherly, the live call dashboard enables you to manage the call in a way that suits your requirements. Below, is all the controls you can utilise.
Bottom control bar
Use the Actions button to facilitate all guests at once. Including:
Mute all guests
Un-mute all guests
Turn off guest cameras
Turn on guest cameras
Microphone Icon - Mute or un-mute your microphone.
Click End Session in the center to end the call for all guests or leave it yourself.
Attendee list - Manage guests in the call.
Help - Get support from Togetherly.
Attendee list (side control bar)
Connected Guests - See everyone on the call. Mute or remove them.
Invited Guests - Check who's invited but hasn't joined.
Telephone icons - Dial out to guests' telephones who haven't joined the session yet.
Camera Icon - Turn off, or on a guests' camera.
Microphone Icon - Mute or un-mute the guests' microphone.
Red cross - Remove the guest from the call.
