Facilitating a telephone group call

When facilitating a telephone group call through Togetherly, the live call dashboard enables you to manage the call in a way that suits your requirements. Below, is all the controls you can utilise.

Bottom control bar

  1. Use the Actions button to access the mute all and unmute all actions.

  2. Click End Session in the centre to end the call for all guests or leave it yourself.

  3. Microphone Icon - Mute or un-mute your own microphone.

  4. Help - Get support from Togetherly.


Contact card controls

On each guests contact card, you can see the status of the guest's connection. The following controls also allow you to facilitate that specific guest.

  1. Telephone icons - Dial out to guests' telephones who haven't joined the session yet.

  2. Microphone Icon - Mute or un-mute that specific guests' microphone

  3. Red cross - Remove the guest from the call.
