When facilitating a public telephone group call through Togetherly, the live call navigator enables you to manage the call in a way that suits your requirements. Below, is all the controls you can utilise.

Bottom control bar

  1. Use the Actions button to access the mute all and unmute all actions.

  2. Click End Session in the centre to end the call for all guests or leave it yourself.

  3. Microphone Icon - Mute or un-mute your own microphone.

  4. Help - Get support from Togetherly.

Contact identification

Anyone can use your assigned telephone number to join a public telephone group call, which means not all guests will be identifiable. The guest identification will vary based on how they join the call.

Dependant on how your guests join, their contact card will display differently:

  1. Guests recognised by our system as an existing contact by Togetherly will appear with their preferred names in their contact details.

  2. Unrecognised guests will be identified by "Guest" followed by the last four digits of their phone number (e.g., Guest ******0360), provided they haven’t used 141 or withheld their number.

  3. Guests with hidden numbers (using 141 or withheld) will display as "Guest (anonymous)".

Contact card controls

On each guests contact card, you can see the status of the guest's connection. The following controls also allow you to facilitate that specific guest.

  1. Microphone Icon - Mute or un-mute that specific guests' microphone

  2. Red cross - Remove the guest from the call.
